4 Simple Rules
How FAIRCHAIR Works
Clear rules for a fair pool experience — for everyone.
Rule 1
If the lounger is not occupied by any items and the FAIRCHAIR light is green or red, it is available for you.
Rule 2
If the pool lounger is occupied and the red light is on — it is occupied. Please respect the guest's reservation.
Rule 3
If the pool lounger has items on it but the green light is on, it is free! You may carefully remove the items and take the seat.
Rule 4
If the FAIRCHAIR has been covered, remove the device in one motion and step back. Within seconds it shows the chair's true status.
